I'm Carrie and I'm a pet bereavement counsellor, I've been a pet bereavement counsellor for 19 years. I was a Veterinary Care Assistant for 16 years.

Today's episode is all about making the decision to say goodbye. Reasons why we may face making a decision, and how we know it's time.
